Winter Wonderland
Christmas
These pictures say it all. It was a very merry Christmas! Lincoln was very properly spoiled by his parents and Grandparents!
It wasn't just Lincoln that was spoiled by our parents. They spoiled us as well.
What a good Christmas. We of course wish we could be by family, but it was nice at least being able to see everyone through Skype. We love and miss you all. Thank you for helping us have a Merry Christmas!

11 Months Old
We decided that the Capitol Building would not only be a fun adventure but the perfect place to take Lincoln's 11 month pictures!
Lincoln loved this marble floor! Every time we set him down for a picture he would squeal and crawl as fast as he could to get to us.
So I hate to admit it but Lincoln thinks its hilarious if you call him gross or disgusting which usually isn't a big deal when we are at home or trying to get a cute picture outback in the woods. However, the Capitol was quite crowded with tons of school groups on field trips and Devin kept yelling "Gross" or "Disgusting Baby" and such. I was so embarrassed and kept telling him he needed to be quiet. Oh Man My Two Boys!
I Can't believe how long Lincoln's hair is. He looks like a little skater in these pictures.

Santa!
We attended our ward party last night and Lincoln got to meet Santa for the very first time! He didn't seem to mind sitting on his lap, but he definitely wasn't about to give any smiles. He did really like the Candy Cane that Santa gave him. We gave him a taste and he was quite disappointed when we took it away.
The best part of the Party had to be the talent show. There were a lot of fun talents but my favorite--mostly because of Lincoln's reaction--had to be the band from the ward. Most of the kids were not so happy about it and sat crying or plugging their ears, (It was really quite loud) but not Lincoln. He was happy dancing to the music. It was also really cute: every time anyone clapped he would stop what he was doing and clap right along with them. He is growing up so fast!
Christmas Tree
We Chose a White Fir Pine because it had soft needles that Lincoln could touch without getting hurt!
The best part is cutting off the netting and watching the tree unfold!I have to say I don't think Lincoln was the biggest help decorating. (He much rather would have taken the decorations off the tree than on) but he was still stinkin cute and so much fun!
13 Inches
I cut my hair today. A whole 13 inches I donated to "Children with Hairloss". It's a big change but I like it.
Outside our window we have a pretty awesome bird feeder that Dev made. We've had everything from Chickadee's to Goldfinches. We've had Cardinals, Blue Jays and Tufted TitMice, (Devin had to tell me the name on that one). I've seen a lot of different birds but when I looked out I wasn't expecting to see this! The squirrel climbed up the window screen and jumped onto the roof of the feeder.
Speaking of hair. Check out Lincoln's in this picture!
