UP North

The second day of our trip we traveled to the Upper Peninsula specifically up to Whitefish Point. The drive was gorgeous with all the fall colors. Devin and I quickly discovered visiting Museums are going to be quite different now that we have a growing family. I think we spent a total of ten minutes in the museums and most of that time was trying to keep Lincoln happy. Gone are the days of reading all the signs and information. We were lucky to get a quick walk through. Remind me next time we plan a trip No expensive adult museums until Lincoln is older. Especially not on day two of a trip. Luckily we were also able to spend some time on the beach. Which Lincoln loved.

After Whitefish Point we took another amazing drive to get to Tahquamenon State Park where we were able to see some amazing waterfalls. We started by taking a rowboat to a little island where we were able to walk around and see the lower falls up close. We then drove 4 miles to the larger upper falls. It was so beautiful we ended up taking a zillion pictures.

Lincoln was so cute. He was a trooper and was so good the entire trip. We absolutely wore him out though!
