Easter

We started out our Easter Celebration by dyeing Easter Eggs yesterday morning.

Lincoln was happy to show off all of the eggs he decorated!
Easter morning was so much fun!  Lincoln absolutely loves letters and I mean loves letters. So along with a few small presents by his Easter Carrot we also hid eggs full of foam letters that go into foam puzzles we picked up from the dollar store as well as a little bit of candy and some hotwheel cars. Lincoln came out and could care less about the gifts; he only noticed the empty alphabet puzzle and wanted the letters. When we showed him they were hidden in the eggs he got so excited running to each egg and immediately opening it to put in the puzzle pieces. When he opened an egg with candy or with a hotwheel car he almost got upset. He wanted the letters and only the letters!

Quinn participated by helping us hide the pink egg!

It was only after he had completed the alphabet puzzle he noticed the other toys, and even then he insisted on checking out the number puzzle first.

Since Quinn of course couldn't really join in on the Easter fun we decided to do what we always do dress her up and take a whole bunch of cute pictures! (This was all Devin's idea by the way)

Quinn has just started to really lift up her head. She is so funny she will lift up her head extra high and tosses it to one side. The momentum will often flip her all the way over. She is such a cutie!
